A refreshing facial toner hand-blended in Ireland by Dublin Herbalists. This gentle formula combines floral waters and botanical extracts to help tone, hydrate, and brighten the skin's appearance.
Rose flower water and witch hazel water are blended with cucumber fruit extract and panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) to leave skin feeling fresh, balanced, and comfortable after cleansing. Suitable for all skin types.

Returns
